Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the-haven.com and the digital wellness programs offered by The Haven Collective LLC (“The Haven,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms.

1. The Services

The Haven offers digital wellness programs, including The Haven Shift (a 7-day reset), along with related content, tools, and communications. Programs are delivered through a personal online experience, with optional SMS and email notifications. The Haven is a wellness program, not a medical service, and nothing on this site constitutes medical or mental health advice.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@the-haven.com.

Accounts are for individual use. Your program access is personal and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Payments and Refunds

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Digital programs

We offer a full refund, no questions asked, if requested within your active program window (7 days for The Haven Shift). After the program window closes, no refund is available. To request a refund, email hello@the-haven.com.

Physical products

All physical products sold by The Haven are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds for change of mind are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged in transit, email hello@the-haven.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. Resolutions are handled case by case and may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a store credit, depending on the item and circumstances.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS during program setup or in your account preferences, The Haven may send you messages related to your active program. Different categories of SMS are offered, and each category is an independent opt-in — you may select any, all, or none.

Current categories:

Daily program nudges — a morning nudge and an evening nudge, each controlled independently. You may turn on just the morning nudge, just the evening nudge, both, or neither.

Inspirational messages — a separate category sent a handful of times during your active program, unrelated to the daily nudges.

Additional categories may be introduced over time.

Message frequency. Frequency varies by the categories you opt in to and the programs you are active in. A user in The Haven Shift who enables both the morning and evening nudges will receive two messages each day of the 7-day program — one morning, one evening. Someone who enables only the morning nudge will receive only the morning message each day. A user who separately opts in to inspirational messages will receive four inspirational messages during the 7-day program, independent of any daily nudges.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your program access. You may update your notification preferences at any time within your account.

5. Acceptable Use

The Haven programs are for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any program content. You may not use the site in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to others.

We reserve the right to terminate access to any account that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including program text, meditations, design, and branding, is owned by The Haven Collective LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to reproduce or distribute that content beyond your personal program use.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Haven programs are provided for general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic care. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Haven Collective LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
