The Haven Collective LLC (“The Haven,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the-haven.com and the digital wellness programs available through it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Kinde.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe retains payment information according to their own privacy policy.

Phone number. If you choose to receive SMS notifications during onboarding, we collect your mobile number. This is optional. You may skip SMS and use email only.

Mailing address. Onboarding includes an optional step where you may provide a mailing address for surprise-and-delight correspondence. This is never required and has no effect on your program access.

Program data. We store the daily tracking entries, reflection responses, and onboarding preferences you submit while using your program. This data lives in our database and is used to power your program experience and progress view.

Usage and error data. We collect anonymized data about how the site is used (via PostHog) and technical error information when something goes wrong (via Sentry). Neither tool collects personally identifiable information beyond what is described above.
