What would you like to see from The Haven?
I'm a bold, driven product leader in the business world and have navigated corporate, high-stress situations for decades. Most of the folks I've worked with would describe me as the no-nonsense woman who isn't afraid to speak up, jump in, and get the job done.
I'm also a woman who was in her 40s when she conceived her only child in the first week of the Covid pandemic shutdown, then faced severe anxiety following the birth of her child.
But I'm also someone who regularly uses meditation to find balance and peace to tame the stress and who has taught an Pilates for years, because it's a gentle movement that stretches the body and mind. Meditation and Pilates together has helped me find calm in the storm.
I know dark places, so I created The Haven to be a place of light. I wanted to create a space where others can find their calm as well. Whatever your journey, you are not alone.
